A few thoughts - MetaLex comes from LexNode (Gabe) and his team, who are our legal counsel and have been fantastic to work with. - We've used MetaLex for some Ethos fundraising and it was very easy to use. When we had a couple of hiccups, their tech team was ready to jump on it and help figure things out I'm very optimistic about how Gabe and co think about the future of company formation onchain: they're ideologists, they're rooted in expertise, and they are deep in the trenches with the rest of us. MetaLeX feels like someone rebuilt the idea of a company from scratch, but through the lens of software, automation, and internet culture. The tone is playful and slightly dystopian in a self-aware way, but the goal is serious: turning governance, funding, and operations into programmable workflows so startups run more like machines than messy human collectives. It comes across as part legal-engineering experiment, part meme-philosophy project. If you're into crypto-native org design and automation, it definitely scratches that curiosity itch.

Got some real traction too: powers ZKsync Guardians & Lido's BORG foundation. Since it's B2B focused (targets builders n protocols), not everyday users like us, u don't see much social traction.
