I have worked with Averno in the past and it was a pleasant experience. She has a very good & clear communication style, knows a lot about how to organize discords and was my go-to person when i had any questions or concerns back then. It's been good to see that she is stepping up her game in this space as Head of Collabs. Curious where she will be a year from now :)
