Alican is someone who pursues solid, reliable projects. He doesn't leave his work to chance and pursues projects with strong investors. For example, I'd say Anoma, Monad, and Irys. He has a strong presence in most projects. When he does a job, he does it perfectly and gets the job done right. That's what I admire most about him.
