I’ve had the privilege of knowing Monivong through our shared involvement in the Chainflip Protocol community, and over time that connection has grown into a genuine friendship. What has always stood out to me is the combination of his deep knowledge of the space, his thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and his ability to connect meaningfully with others. In a fast-moving ecosystem like Web3, it’s rare to find someone who is both technically sharp and community-minded, but Monivong strikes that balance perfectly. He consistently brings valuable insights to discussions, engages with integrity, and is always willing to support others when needed. On a personal level, I’ve seen firsthand how dependable he is — if Monivong says he’ll do something, he follows through, and he does so with care and professionalism. Beyond the technical and professional side, he’s also just a great person to have around.
