I first connected with Dean during a late-night discussion about an upcoming project launch. While most of us were just speculating, Dean had already done the research and shared his findings clearly and simply. What struck me most was that he wasn’t trying to look smarter than anyone he just wanted everyone to understand and benefit together. Since then, I’ve seen the same attitude over and over: he’s the first to share updates, help others troubleshoot, and celebrate wins as a group.
