Looking at mzam7777's profile on Ethos, I feel this is an account with a fairly good reputation foundation and is in a neutral position — not at the extreme end of good or bad, but in the middle with great opportunities to continue to grow. A neutral score like this actually indicates that the account owner has started to get involved in the ecosystem, not a newcomer who is completely empty without a trace.
