This character is a miner with unlimited profit margins because their electricity costs are zero. How? They commit electricity theft. They illegally modify electricity meters, connect cables directly from street power poles, or hide mining rigs in office/campus buildings where they work. They are the enemy of the state electricity company and firefighters, because their messy cable installations often trigger fires due to excessive power loads.
