Chronic deadline deniers. When given a task with a week's deadline, they won't touch it until the last night. They have a delusional satisfaction in saying, "Ah, this is easy, I can wake up at 5 a.m. and still finish it." In reality, they always wake up late, panic, and end up submitting sloppy work full of typos. For them, the adrenaline of a tight deadline is a substitute for discipline, even though the results always disappoint the team.
