"A Firm, Wise, and Caring Leader"

He's the type of leader who can truly lead each of his members well. Firm when needed, but still wise in making decisions. What I appreciate most is that he has a great sense of responsibility towards all members, especially for those who are new. They aren't left confused or to fend for themselves, but are guided slowly until they understand. His leadership is really felt, making the team atmosphere comfortable, solid, and everyone feels valued. This type of leader is hard to find.
