"one of my web3 friends"

In short, this is a friend that I consider to be one of my Web3 "peers" and he actually puts thought into how he approaches things rather than just jumping in and trying to capture someone's attention at all costs, he is interested in the inner workings of a particular system and what makes a community sustainable and what kinds of commitments or activities people will engage in over the long haul as opposed to just in the near future. Getting together and talking with him has always felt constructive and positive for me.
