This profile actually looks pretty solid to me. 100 percent positive with 13 reviews is a good sign and shows strong review quality above 90 percent easily. People do not leave that many good feedback for no reason. Even if the contributor xp is still low it just means the account is newer and still growing. I did not notice anything strange while checking it. Everything feels normal and straight. If they stay active and keep getting good feedback this profile can move up fast. Right now it looks simple but trustworthy.
