I think that nickname is fitting for this person, because he created a project that took advantage of the crypto community by holding a campaign and then giving them nothing but dust. He even chose to give the Airdrop allocation to Binance Alpha, so that his project would be temporarily elevated, allowing him to take advantage and let his project slowly die, harming everyone involved.
