I worked with him at our previous company, but back then, he wasn't in an engineering role, so I had no idea how incredible he actually is as an engineer. What I did know was that he was always supportive, thoughtful, and easy to collaborate with. When I first heard he was joining Ethos, I was genuinely excited. And honestly, it's been even better than I expected. He's incredibly dedicated, able to take a complex problem, research it from every angle, and then deliver a clean solution. He's one of the key minds behind so many of our products: Ethos Markets, Listings, and Broker. He's also my go-to person when I need to reason through new ideas, patterns, or best practices. And somehow, when I come in with a mess of unstructured thoughts, he listens, synthesizes, and reflects them in a way that's clearer than I ever had them in my head. It actually helps me better understand the problem. I still can't believe how many genuinely great people work at Ethos 😍
