"Smart dev"

During my time at Ethos, I couldn't help but notice this team member. I can see how this person genuinely tries, thinks, and implements mechanisms beautifully. They interact with users, answer questions competently and in detail, know the protocol on a technical level, and improve it for the common good. I could envy Serpin and Ben for having such a person on their team. The potential and way of thinking of such people should not be limited, they change products for the better.
