I’ve read several of his posts where he openly expresses dissatisfaction with certain products in his own network, and that says a lot—he has a critical vision, and his feedback is never destructive; it’s always paired with advice or suggestions aimed at improving things and steering everyone toward the same goal: growth. He shows his face, speaks transparently, remains critical yet authentic in front of the community. There are very few people like that. Of course, he’s human… and that could change from one day to the next.

I'll list the reasons why I say this: He always valued the community's opinion, questioned decisions for the benefit of the community even when they went against his own, was always transparent, it's impossible for an entire community to love a leader, but everyone loves Paul. This is not a common situation.
