He dives deep to understand both you and your users, then channels his creativity and network to bring the best experiences, designs, and visions to life. I've worked along side Ricky for some time now and the way he get things done is unparalleled. Fast, On point and pixel perfect.

The best product designer I've had the opportunity to work with in my career. Strong attention to detail and making sure the end product is a delightful experience to users.

I’ve worked very closely with Rick for the past years. He’s a mad talented creative director who takes full ownership of everything he touches, from DeFi protocols to NFT collections to core ecosystem projects. When Rick is involved, things don’t just look good, they actually ship. What sets him apart is his vibrant energy. Rick is a positive force who spots talent in others and amplifies it. He motivates teams, builds trust, and creates an environment where everyone levels up. Honestly, he could just as easily be a motivational speaker as a creative lead. Rick not only gets things done, he makes everyone around him better in the process.

Ricky demonstrated exceptional creative leadership in repositioning monsters.fun, driving significant user engagement through innovative design direction. Ricky has been instrumental to me and my team when building Abstract. Working together we have successfully upgraded our UX as well as collaborating with ecosystem builders to bringing their products to market.

Had the pleasure of working with Ricky in the past and he has the creative brains of 10 people, with the execution of a killer. Absolute beast to work with and great personality as well.

Ricky has quietly been the creative director behind some of your favourite brands, including Nike, Jordan, Toyota, and many more. Now, he's bringing that same winning mindset to Web3. He's a true people person. Always picks up the phone with a smile, always ready to help. More importantly, he’s one of the rare few rolling up his sleeves every single day to push the space forward, without ever compromising his values. After working alongside him for the past three years, I’d bet on Ricky any day of the week.
