Flip

I started following Flip about three years ago on twitter because his macro takes were just different from everyone else. His perspective always felt more thoughtful and comes from a place of real knowledge. When friendtech launched and he joined the platform, I was genuinely excited. We ended up 3,3'ing each other pretty quickly and that's when I really got to know him beyond just the twitter follow. Honestly can't say enough good things about this guy. He's incredibly smart but never makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Always straight up and honest about his views even when they're unpopular. Just has this chill energy that makes lots of correct market predictions. What really sets Flip apart is how he thinks outside the box. While everyone else is following the same patterns and narratives, he's connecting dots that others miss. Through his chatrooms and later his telegram, he's completely changed how I approach trading and thinking about crypto in general. He helped me build my own framework for understanding markets. One of the very few people I've met in this space who has genuinely made my life better.

Met Flip during early FT days. Really enjoyed all his content. Met in person in token2049 and was as smart and knowledgeable in person as he is online.

Flip is always active and willing to collaborate on things. I met Flip during the friendtech days and have shared a discord chat ever since. I try to surround myself with smart people in this industry and flip is one!

Got to know flip through FT, was hands down one of the best rooms for macro and crypto alpha.

Followed Flip for like three years now, originally found him on twitter because his macro stuff actually made sense. When friend tech dropped and he got on there I was hyped. We 3,3'd pretty quick and got to actually talk instead of just seeing his tweets. That's when I realized how solid he really is. Flip is crazy smart but doesn't make you feel like an idiot when you ask basic questions. He'll tell you straight up what he thinks even if it's not what people want to hear. Has this laid back vibe but somehow nails market calls consistently. His FT chatroom and telegram changed how I trade. Built my own system because of what I learned from him. One of maybe three people in crypto who substantially improved my life.

Flip is a good guy...known him since the discord days. Good to talk macro with and a smart trader.

To this day, I still think Flip had the best FriendTech room of all time, which speaks to the passion behind Alfa Club (/FriendSpace). Markets, macro, the occasional meme, there was something for everyone. High integriy & competence, man of the people. Need more like him to push our space forward
