Instead of bringing value, he spreads fear and confusion.no honesty, no responsibility just selfish moves. People like him hurt the memecoin space. Not every whale deserves respect, and he is one of them.

Murad shilled a lot of meme coins and surely a lot of people got rekt bc of it. I don't like meme coins bc imo they are the reason so many normies don't take crypto serious...they only hear about meme coin scams and whatnot. While I may not trust Murad, I can say one thing that he was right about: that most of the projects these days don't leave room for retail investors to make benefit from being an investor. This is bc all price discovery took place in private rounds where accredited investors buy at a fraction of what retail gets at launch. Then the project devs, team, seed round investors, etc...allocate themselves a shit ton of the supply, get the valuation as high as possible at TGE, then dump all over retail. So even the airdrops that projects used to give their community is not worth the trouble any more. The comparison Murad made was that at least with memes, everyone gets it at the same time and the same price (excluding sniper bots lol).

Pumps his own bags, posts coins that he owns large percentages of, talks with high conviction. Would be very careful and do more research before trusting anything Murad says.

I’ve never seen Murad’s tokens promoted anywhere except on his own tweets, if your token isn’t on that list, it’s trash. Looks like these so called gurus never really end up well.

On the positive side, Murad's thesis brought a lot of attention to memecoins and contributed a lot to the onchain mania imo. At least for me, he was the first person to really articulate the memecoin thesis very well and just make it click. The speech he gave that went viral was extremely powerful. On the same positive side, since his wallets are doxx'd, you cannot acuse him of dumping on his followers (well, at least the funds haven't moved in those wallets, though there are ways in which he could have sold his bags tbh). My problem is that 1) his picks I find extremely random, they seem to be "find a thesis that fits this coin that I want to pump", rather than the *actual* coins that have attention in the market. and 2) he seems very inflexible with his thesis (which in a way I get) and unrealistic (it's great to dream, but we all know the game we are playing and the ppl who fall for the diamond handed thesis are the ones who lose in the end).

Murad's strategy is a textbook example of how KOLs use their influence to dump on retail. By pushing high-conviction narratives around memecoins where he holds significant bags, the cycle is clear: shill hard, pump the price, and exit while retail gets left holding the losses.

He sunk his own DeFi project in order to embrace a "utility is bearish stance", in order to attempt to pump his non-utility bags. He may, ultimately, make quite a bit of money, so good on him if that's his end game. But newcomers should beware.

Murad has some false confident that he knows what will happen with memecoins trends but in reality is just shilling his own bags.
