Rihea 🤍

I interacted with Omizen around a testnet related topic and found his inputs clear and practical. He understands how these testnets work beyond just surface level participation and explains things in a simple way.

I've been watching this person's moves in the space for a while now, and their approach to everything is just different. While most people are scrolling mindlessly, they're constantly digging three levels deeper into every topic - always asking the questions nobody else thinks to ask. Their intelligence shows not in trying to sound smart, but in how they connect dots that most people don't even see exist. Last month when everyone was focused on that one trending protocol, they were already researching the obscure projects building infrastructure around it. What's fascinating is their approach to relationships. They don't just network - they genuinely study people. Before connecting with someone significant, they've already listened to every podcast interview, read all their threads, and formed thoughtful questions that go beyond the surface. It's never about the quick clout grab, but building meaningful connections. Their calendar is probably the most intimidating thing I've seen - packed with learning sessions, deep dives, and strategic conversations with people across different industries. Yet somehow they never come across as calculating. There's this authentic enthusiasm that makes even established figures want to spend time talking with them. The growth obsession is real though. They track their progress meticulously - not just followers or engagement, but actual knowledge acquisition and relationship development. I once saw them create this entire system just to make sure they're continuously expanding their understanding rather than staying in their comfort zone. What's most impressive is how they lift others up along the way. Despite their ambition, they're always making introductions and sharing opportunities. It's like they intuitively understand that true growth happens in community, not isolation.

Rihea is one of the nicest and most genuine girls I’ve met in the Web3 space. She’s calm, focused, and always ready to help others. When she speaks, it’s always something thoughtful or meaningful. She learns fast and shares her knowledge in a simple way that makes things easier for everyone. I really respect her mindset and the positive energy she brings to the community.

are the words that I can think of this girl. I first met her at @pharos_network, then we had a time working together at Irys. Until now I can say for sure that she is quite active and positive

I first saw Rihia in conversation with Iris, not just amplifying it, but living it. In her feed, she celebrates the spirit, shares some glimpses, and invites others to grow not as distant observers, but as co-creators. Warm, inclusive tone: Her style is light (her name ✧ᴗ✧ says it all) but also inviting. She writes in a way that says “you’re welcome here.” Meeting Rihia (in the thread, in the community mentions) gives a powerful feeling: here is someone who doesn’t just want to ride the wave, she wants to carry others along with her. If you follow her, you’re following someone who believes in more than just hype: she believes in people, connections, and the long game.

Rihea is one of those rare people who lead with calm confidence and genuine intent. She doesn’t chase attention — she earns respect through her actions. Every move she makes reflects thoughtfulness, patience, and a clear sense of purpose. In Web3, where consistency and integrity are often overlooked, Rihea stands out for both. She listens, learns, and lifts others as she grows. You can feel her presence in how she engages — steady, grounded, and always real. She’s not just part of the community; she helps shape it. Rihea proves that true influence comes from character, not volume.

Been following and interacting with Omizenon X for a long time. His takes are sharp, honest, and consistently high quality. One of the most valuable voices in the space.

another friend i know from Irys, she is super positive person plus she is a dedicated digital artist in our field always willing to support and engage Irys maxi's posts (such a nice girl), she has spent so much energy on helping others with hesitation, putting effort on drawing basically never miss any drawing events

I first came across Rihea in a community thread, and what stood out wasn’t how loud she was, but the quiet strength she brought. Her contributions don’t demand attention, yet they leave a lasting impact. There’s a genuine honesty and clarity in the way she communicates. Her words feel effortless, but carry real meaning. When she engages with others, it’s not about showing off - it’s about being present. She doesn’t just participate in the community; she becomes a part of its rhythm. While many are quick to speak, Rihea takes the time to listen. And when she does share, it resonates - not because it’s loud, but because it’s authentic. In a space like Web3, where noise is constant, Rihea offers something rare: thoughtful, grounded, and consistent leadership. She’s the kind of person who reminds everyone what genuine influence truly looks like.
