"A Community Voice That Hurts More Than It Helps"
I’ve noticed one particular person who is very active in the ProTennis community.
Unfortunately, their presence doesn’t add value.
This person is consistently cynical toward other members. They often speak as if they know everything, despite clearly lacking actual information or authority. Instead of helping clarify things, they shut conversations down.
What makes this more concerning is the context.
ProTennis previously stated that they would protect the price around the presale level.
After launch, the price dumped. Naturally, many community members started asking questions.
That reaction is normal.
Instead of encouraging discussion or directing people to official answers, this individual showed clear hostility toward members who asked about the price drop. Questions were treated as annoyance, not as legitimate concerns.
This kind of attitude is damaging.
Communities should be spaces for dialogue, especially when expectations are not met. Being dismissive or sarcastic toward concerned investors doesn’t protect the project it erodes trust.
If someone is not part of the team, they shouldn’t act like one.
And if a community wants to grow, it must respect questions, not punish them.
