"The fast and neat analyst"
What's most distinctive about Riz is his ability to analyze information quickly and neatly. When a new topic arises or a discussion starts to escalate, Riz presents with a simple yet calming style: he summarizes the core of the issue, points out aspects that are often overlooked, and then concludes in easy to understand language. His friends nickname him "cool brain" because he rarely gets emotional and always stays focused.
Riz also has a unique habit: he likes to keep small notes filled with important data, facts, or opinions he finds interesting. Sometimes he'll suddenly pull out a screenshot or quote he's archived, and somehow, it's always relevant to the discussion. It makes others simply say, "Wow, Riz is always prepared."
Although he seems serious, Riz actually has a unique sense of humor. His humor isn't loud or explosive, but rather subtle, subtle humor that emerges at specific moments, and because it's rare, it actually makes those who hear it laugh out loud. His timing is always perfect, as if he's deliberately waiting for the perfect moment to lighten the mood.
What I appreciate most about Riz is his consistency and dependability. If he says he'll help, he does. If he promises to check something, he actually comes back with a mature answer. He's not the type to just show up when things get busy, but rather, he's there when needed.
