Talented artist and genuine contributor. I’ve known Andrea through gmDAO for a long time, and it’s always been a pleasure to see how committed he is to the community and to his creative work.

Andrea Litmus is a standout generative artist and a respected member of gmDAO, known for a thoughtful approach to both art and community. Their work, including projects like *Magic Carpet Rides* and *Foils*, showcases a unique blend of analog process and digital execution. Whether it’s folding aluminum foil to create textured, unpredictable forms or using code to explore emotional resonance through glitch and abstraction, Andrea’s art consistently pushes boundaries while staying deeply personal. What makes Andrea especially notable is their commitment to the ecosystem beyond the artwork itself. As a long-time gmDAO member, they have played an active role in governance and community engagement. Through the ups and downs of the market—especially during the quieter, more difficult bear cycles—Andrea remained a steady, positive force. Their involvement in governance discussions, proposal reviews, and community conversations has helped guide the DAO with clarity and thoughtfulness. Andrea embodies the ethos of decentralization and shared responsibility that gmDAO values. They’re not only creating technically and emotionally rich generative work, but also contributing meaningfully to the long-term health of the community. With a rare combination of creative vision, consistency, and care, Andrea Litmus strengthens both the artistic and social fabric of Web3.

I have the privilege of knowing Andrea through the gmDAO and have nothing but positive things to say. First of all he is an incredible artist; his works include film, sculpture, and of course gen art which is what I've personally loved (this is my favorite collection: https://opensea.io/collection/foils). In addition, his role as a curator for the gmDAO studio shows his work ethic and commitment to the cause. Very respectable and easy to talk to, Andrea is awesome.

Andrea Litmus brings a truly original perspective to generative art. His work blends analog processes, photography, and abstract systems into something deeply personal and poetic.

Getting to know Andrea through gmDAO has been a real privilege. From the start, it’s clear he’s not just active in the space he’s genuinely gifted. His artistic range is impressive, moving effortlessly across different mediums including film, sculpture, and generative art. While all of his work reflects deep thought and creativity, it’s the generative pieces that really stood out to me personally unique, expressive, and always pushing boundaries.

i may not have interact much with andrealitmus much, but I know them as a longtime member of gmdao, and also curation panel Being in curation panel means that they contributed to make gmdaostudio what it is today. Generally speaking, any original member of gmdao that is still a member of gmdao until today, i respect them. I may not be able to say much on this post, but respect counts for something.

I've had the honor of working with Andrea at Metamade Labs. He helped me navigate the Turkish fashion scene. Always friendly, helpful, and supportive. He's also a fellow gmDAO member and an artist. As a curator, he played an important role at gmStudio and has released several collections that are well worth checking out. Met him IRL multiple times, would vouch for him without hesitation.

I've known Andrea since 2021 on Web3. He is very talented artist and he is a great person. I also like how he supports other people, artists and creators without showing off.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Andrea for a number of years, even meeting him in person in London back in 2023. A talented artist in his own right, but also an active contributor to gmDAO. He is part of the gm.consulting team as a full time contributor & his work ethic and understanding of the crypto space is second to none.
