I have known this guy for a very long time and he has always been one of the most helpful and experienced people around. He has been an ambassador for projects like Aleo and Neon, a moderator in zkSync and an active part of communities like Sei, Amulet, Sign, and Story. No matter what the project is, he always knows how to help. He answers questions clearly, supports others without hesitation and brings a lot of value just by being present. He is also an active member of my chat keke tut, where he continues to contribute, share updates and stay involved.

I know Shelest as an educated guy who knows his stuff very well and has very good crypto analysis and analytical thinking skills. This is a very important trait in crypto. I first met him at Neon, where he showed himself to be a guy full of ideas. I remember how he took on the role of Neon Council extremely quickly, and that impressed me. We also met in person in several cities. He is a polite and cool guy, and it's great to spend time with him. We also went go-karting together.

One of the old-timers whom I have known since 2022, where we started doing something together in the direction of roles and Ambassador programs. We first met in the Neon Labs project, where he showed himself very actively and got a role in this project quite quickly. He knows how to approach projects correctly and this was through the fun competitions that he held, and everyone really enjoyed participating in them during the times when we were in the Neon Labs project. Although we do not cross paths often, I remember him as a good person who is quite versed in crypto and its sub-directions
