This person is indeed stupid. I am not a scammer, not a spammer, and I am barely active on platform X. I only liked, retweeted, and commented my wallet address a few times to easily participate in NFT Whitelists, yet they judged me as a bot. I even subscribed to X Premium for 6 months; how could I possibly be a bot? I tried to appeal, but the email response was just a template and didn't give me a chance to prove myself. The verifier who verified me as a real human on Ethos proved I am a real human, not a bot, through a direct video call on Telegram. I pray that all your days are Mondays.

I hardly write negative reviews for people but this person’s actions and persona trigger me. I can never understand why the head of product has to micromanage a platform and fight with people in the comments when they’re can be better things done with his time. He’s made the most drastic changes to X as a platform that’s alienated thousands of creators who’ve since pivoted to other platforms. His dialogue is both rude and aggressive and that kind of behaviour often is polarizing when it comes to proliferating a product that’s build on free speech since 2006!!

I don't always agree with Nikita re: product updates (especially the local-content one, as it would basically kill creators targeting global audience and having minimal local engagement), but I feel like the negative reviews re: bans might be slightly biased and unjustified. I'm a crypto account and I'm active on crypto twitter. I called out Nikita a few times in the past - none of them were necessarily very civil. But when I had issues Nikita still reached out and helped solving them. And I'm not banned (yet 😹). But that's because I don't have the social media presence of a bot. Any time I've seen crypto accounts call out Nikita it usually were people who spend their days mass replying "GM" or spamming "plz follow back" without ever tweeting anything meaningful. Oftentimes they also mass engage in reposting and commenting under fake crypto giveaways. You might have seen Nikita dunking on accounts like that more than once. You might be human, but if you have the online presence of a bot - then you might get nuked. And imho that's deserved because you're not contributing anything and just making the platform worse for everyone. There have been CT bans that weren't justified and felt very targeted - nub comes to mind. But this isn't necessarily Nikita's fault; he is the head of product and not someone who handles account restrictions. The recent ban waves targeted bots and accounts with bot-like activity. If you got hit by the recent ban wave then you most likely were one of the accounts that got flagged due to bot-like activity. Paying for premium and being human verified on ethos doesn't change the fact that you have a social media presence of a bot. And it doesn't give you immunity - there's plenty of bots and scammers with a checkmark. They aren't immune to account restrictions either. This is my first neutral review. I chose to leave a neutral review precisely because I don't always agree with Nikita, but I also don't necessarily agree with accounts negatively reviewing him because they got nuked due to having the social media presence of a bot.

Nikita comes across as way too antagonistic toward users who disagree with product changes. That is a bad look for someone in product. The job is to improve the product, listen to feedback, and manage pushback without turning the community into the enemy. When users feel dismissed or attacked for disagreeing, it stops being product leadership and starts looking like ego.

The way this account is being handled is absolutely unacceptable. Every day, more accounts are being banned, including long-standing ones with huge followings some with over 200k followers. The situation keeps getting worse, with no signs of improvement, and it’s creating chaos for the community. Actions like these are unfair, disruptive, and damaging to the platform as a whole. This kind of management clearly needs urgent attention and intervention before even more harm is done. It’s frustrating to watch, and it’s high time that those responsible are held accountable for the negative impact they’re causing

In the past few months Nikita started acting like a demon He started calling crypto accounts spammers. It's ok. But after some time he started suspending crypto users accounts on Twitter. He declared that they were banning 200+ crypto accounts in a second. That's too huge. He suspended a lot of real human accounts and wasted their years of hard work in a second. Not personally hate anyone but this is not a good behavior.

i have been following nikita bier since he joined x and honestly i am not impressed. he clearly did well with fast growing teen apps like tbh and gas but leading product at a global platform like x is a completely different challenge and it does not feel like he is handling it well from what i have seen his push to crack down on engagement farming reposts crypto content and bots has ended up hurting creators more than helping. reach and payouts seem to have taken a hit the for you feed feels off and accounts outside their home regions seem to struggle more because of the priority changes. on top of that there have been sudden policy shifts that even had to be rolled back which has made things feel unstable for people relying on the platform his public comments have not helped either. some of them come across as out of touch or unnecessarily sharp and it gives the impression that he is not fully tuned in to how people on the platform actually feel. overall it feels like there is more focus on quick experiments than on building something consistent and reliable for creators cleaning up spam is important no doubt but the current approach feels like it is pushing away the very people who keep the platform active. instead of improving the experience it has made many users frustrated and uncertain

How can people like this be allowed to lead and implement ideas in any project? I don’t get it. Over the past few days, tens, if not hundreds of thousands, of X user accounts have been blocked, which he brags about on social media—we’re blocking 208 bots per minute, and that number is only growing. If they’re bots, then screw him, but in reality, he’s blocking real users. I’ve had my account for over 10 years, I only posted about verified projects, no questionable tweets or comments. In the end, despite my arguments, they blocked my account! What’s the point of their appeal form if, in reality, they don’t even read users’ explanations—which actually provide proof of the user’s authenticity—and just vent their disagreement and reasons? With this clown’s arrival, so many problems have started on the social network that aren’t doing it any favors. It’s unclear why Elon keeps this moron around at all!
