@ruthybuilds
I'd like to start off by saying, Ruthy, Your are an absolute goat. I've met Ruthy at the seed stages of Surgence and had the pleasure to appear as a guest on his spaces era. He is the originator and definition of a Builder in WEB3. He built Surgence with 0 laziness, and all blood and sweat put into it. I have worked with him on multiple occasions. Ill never forget our first interactions, which led me to pursue WEB3 harder! An inspo to all!
I wont be where I am now without ruthy. Learned a lot from him not just in web3 but also supported me irl. He is very passionate, hard working and professional. Ill continue to support him as a builder and family.
A proven leader in every sense—and the kind that puts others first. He’s the one cheering the loudest for your wins, even before his own. In a space full of self-promotion, his selflessness stands out. He uplifts those around him, not out of strategy, but because it’s who he is. The kind of person who makes everyone around him better.
I remember in the early days, Ruthy and Vinh were basically providing opportunities for new entrants into the market with jobs, giving them a platform to grow. I do think many actually benefited from Surgence as a platform and agency. And also very handsome irl
one of the top people in the space hard workers, super ethical, some of my favourite ppl to work with and it all starts from the top
only positive interactions with ruthy online and in person. love this guy and how he has built his brand and business in the space. would vouch for ruthy every day of the week
Ruthy is a dynamic builder and founder with deep expertise in marketing and product development. Her strategic mindset and innovative approach allow her to create impactful products while driving strong brand positioning.
Got in touch with Ruthy through Esteemed (Co-Founder at Surgence) couple of years ago. Not only did the 2 build a real sustainable community and business with Surgence, they are also as connected to the space as one can be. They care about their community, even in the depths of a bear market and try to push projects to the next level. The video content Ruthy started on X is also really useful, e.g. the recent breakdown video of the viral framework. Keep it up Ruthy, you are true web3 success story!
Ruthy has consistently shown solid leadership, building Surgence into a valued hub for creators and projects in Web3. He’s approachable, knows how to bring people together, and has positively impacted many communities.
Ruthy is a builder, Ruthy is a friend, Ruthy is a kind of person that uplifts people. Ruthy is one of the hardest working people in the space, their journey is incredible and how they started surgence and have scaled it to such a huge team which have change the life of many people in the space and provided them a platform where they can show their skills and polish them even further under his leadership.
